The calculator works backwards from race start time to determine your travel schedule:

Latest Arrival = Race Start - 75 minutes

Departure Time = Latest Arrival - Travel Duration

For overnight stays, the calculator plans an evening-before arrival with an early dinner and appropriate bedtime. Post-race timing includes 60 minutes for recovery before the return journey.
